org.apache.logging.log4j.status.StatusLogger.logger is always null

Hi All:

*org.apache.logging.log4j.status.StatusLogger.logger* is always null, which
means *org.apache.logging.log4j.status.StatusLogger.isEnabled(Level, Marker)
* always returns null.

uh? Shouldn't isEnabled refer to *StatusLogger.statusLogger*?
