[PR] (chores) camel-core: isolate flaky tests [camel]

   Isolate some tests that are regularly flaky on CI to try to make them more reliable. These are mostly flakies on other platforms, such as s390x.

   Tests remain flaky on my system even after multiple attempts are isolating them. I don't think this is the right approach. Closing ...

   Let's hold on a bit more on this. I found other flakies on s390x and I want to take a look, but this is lower priority right now.
