[Axis 2]Patches for REST suppot

Hi all,

 

I have done some modifications to CommonsHTTPTransportSender,
MessageContext, and MEPClient to support REST facility in Axis 2. Please
someone apply these patches.

 

In addition I have applied a yahoo sample to invoke search facility through
REST. (YahooRestSample).

 

Please apply these patches.
