This issue has been resolved for "indicates" and "causes/brings_about" relations. I may reopen this issue in the future if the same problem is discovered for  other relation types.

For example for the manages/treats relation the reader correctly creates a ManagesTreatsTextRelation, whereas for causes/brings_about it creates the more general BinaryTextRelation. This problem also applies to "indicates" and several other relation types.
