Kylin used to use the "Capacity" on model as the hint to build the cube; While as only three options (SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE), it couldn't give much flexibility, and may confuse user.

As today kylin allows cube level to overwrite the config in kylin.properties, many parameters can be specified on cube, that would give user much flexibility; So the "Capacity" concept is redundant, can sunset it.
