PerlProcessConnectionHandler and SSL
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

Hello,
Over the last several month I have developed an Apache server application using the PerlProcessConnectionHandler hook. Everything works fine now and we want to open the server for a wider audience for testing. There is just one "tiny" problem. The communication with the server has to be protected by SSL. Being an optimist I assumed that enabling mod_ssl would do the trick. And it almost did.
What I see in my log files is that Apache gives the connection first to my handler and when my handler fails the connection is handed to mod_ssl.
Anybody got the comination PerlProcessConnectionHandler and mod_ssl working? Suggestions are more then welcome!
Kind regards from sunny Stockholm
Ulrich
