[jira] [Created] (GEODE-5972) Update (for colocated PR) not propagated to remote WAN site after primary change during rebalance

Ryan McMahon created GEODE-5972:
-----------------------------------

Summary: Update (for colocated PR) not propagated to remote WAN site after primary change during rebalance
                 Key: GEODE-5972
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GEODE-5972
             Project: Geode
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: regions, wan
            Reporter: Ryan McMahon
             Fix For: 1.8.0

It appears it is possible for an event to be lost between WAN sites when rebalance is occurring and the primary bucket associated with that event is moved. We have seen this specifically for colocated partitioned regions, though it is unclear at this time if colocation is a requirement to see this data inconsistency.
