Data consistency tests on version releases

Hi.

The Hbase book has a section on "Network Consistency and Partition Tolerance
".

Is there a test suite that runs on new changes to Hbase that tests that the
consistency guarantees are not regressed?

No, unfortunately. It is up to the discretion of the release manager and as
best I know, this is not done (at least, when I am RM, I do not run a
check).
