   Looks like there were some legitimate problems here, but since this particular issue has run cold/stale, we're not supporting the mentioned versions of Superset anymore, and the drag & drop feature has been flipped on by default for some time now with few complaints, I'll optimistically close this as fixed. If anyone still faces it, it might be good to declare thread bankruptcy here and open a new issue with updated versions and repro steps.
