Tomcat IIS HowTo

Hi,
     I was trying to configure PWS on a windows98 machine to work with Tomcat as described in the process given in Tomcat 3.3 documentation. but it is not working. The problem i have faced is that in documentation it is written that 
"Add isapi_redirect.dll as a filter in your IIS/PWS web site. For PWS, you'll need to use regedit and add/edit the "Filter DLLs" key under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\W3SVC\Parameters. " 
but in registry file on my system there was no key like "Filter DLLs" . So i had created one and have set the value to the full path of "isapi_redirect.dll". but still it is not working. even log_file is not getting created.
Please help me with it
