Right now the [scalability tests|https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=accumulo.git;a=blob;f=test/system/scalability/README;h=2e4514d0e75a321981e0dd0a423989160f87f3c6;hb=refs/heads/1.6.0-SNAPSHOT] track and output min/max/ave/median

It would be useful to provide the 1st and 3rd quartiles so we can then build charts showing the distribution of client ingest rates.
