Vamsi,
I enabled the tests that you had committed. There were a number of dependency issues, that I had to work through. Also, hit the sca.tld problem that I described in TUSCANY-2953. With 2935 applied and the attached changes, I'm able to run all of the itest/contribution-jee/ tests using maven.
