When there is no data to ruturn 'No data'

When there is no data to return; you get a

	Content-type: text/xml
	Content-length: 8

	No data

Sort of message. Is that correct with regard to the spec ? As the text/xml
kinda announces XML and my parser wants to see some < prefixed action.
