[PR] Replace existing properties files when copying an index directory [maven-indexer]

slachiewicz opened a new pull request, #779:
URL: https://github.com/apache/maven-indexer/pull/779

Re-running `indexer-cli` against an existing index failed with `FileAlreadyExistsException` on `nexus-maven-repository-index-packer.properties`. `IndexUtils.copyDirectory` copied the two properties files twice, and `DefaultIndexingContext.replace` keeps them in the target, while Lucene's `Directory.copyFrom` never overwrites. `copyFile` now replaces an existing target.

Verified: the reporter's command run five times in a row on one index directory → all exit 0; on master, every other run failed.

   Fixes #720
