Update Issue status on ASF JIRA
Hi Devs,
I have noticed that we have approx~400 unresolved issues in tracker[1],
most issues are already resolved and not updated by users,
Shall we do $subject by each dev user?

Would like to add one more thing, we are not really making an issue into
"Closed" state.
IMO best practice would be, when an issue is fixed and updated by someone,
the reporter has to verify the fix, and if its not acceptable "re-open" it,
if the fix is acceptable, close it.

track of it.

Also I would like to point out that I still don't have the rights to assign
the issues to me. Currently working on this task [1], someone please assign
this to me.
