At Times, I have come across the point where I had forgotten a single letter inside the localizaiton files. Now with the TurbineLocalization Service, the simple replacement insid the LocalizaitonService, or say IntakeServices intake.xml was not enough, since those Services initialize, and then keep their state until the app is restarted. I have written myself a simple Mgmt App, which needs some rework, which simply lists all services, and restarts them upon request. 

This could probably be done with JMX if this application sounds interesting, I would be willing to share it. All I would need is advice on where to put it.
