   It seems that there are two solutions. One is to follow the release date such as 2021 and specify it in the configuration file. The other is to update to the latest date such as 2023 on January 1 every year. The latter is really unfriendly to project maintainers and will cause meaningless code contribution.
   
   I will take the first solution as @kezhenxu94 has supported recently in skywalking-eyes.
