[jira] [Resolved] (INFRA-3913) Recover JIRA account

Mark Thomas resolved INFRA-3913.
--------------------------------

    Resolution: Won't Fix

Sorry, no. You are effectively asking to take control of an account that you can't prove ownership of. If you can't remember the password for the account then you'll have to create a new one and use that from now on. The hazen@cm.edu account hasn't created or been assigned any issues so if it remains unused it will eventually get deleted as part of our (not very regular) clean-ups of the Jira database.

> username: sagemintblue

> email address: hazen@cm.edu
> The domain in the above email address should read "cmu.edu". If needed, please see my homepage at http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~hazen/ to confirm identity.
> Thanks!
