   We do see this problem in our internal environment, since need add proxies for `http` and `https`, and also use `<npmInheritsProxyConfigFromMaven>false</npmInheritsProxyConfigFromMaven>` to handle this problem.
   
   This fix is fine from our(Tencent) side.
