This could be caused by a few things:
1. **Feature flag not enabled** - The AG Grid Table V2 column options are [gated behind a feature flag](https://github.com/apache/superset/pull/36344). Make sure `AG_GRID_TABLE_ENABLED = True` is set in your `superset/config.py`.
2. **Scrolling issue** - There was a [known bug where configuration panels couldn't be scrolled](https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/32033#issuecomment-2623627355), causing options to be cut off. This has been fixed on the `master` branch, so upgrading may help.
3. **Column options accessed via hover** - AG Grid column options appear when you [hover over column headers](https://github.com/apache/superset/blob/829e4d92d91ceae4b43b1ed3b063ffe45377799c/superset-frontend/src/components/GridTable/HeaderMenu.tsx) (pin/unpin, hide, autosize, etc.).
Could you share which specific column options you're unable to see, and which version of Superset you're using? A screenshot would also help diagnose the issue.

The column configuration options are [organized by data type](https://github.com/apache/superset/blob/829e4d92d91ceae4b43b1ed3b063ffe45377799c/superset-frontend/src/explore/components/controls/ColumnConfigControl/constants.tsx#L208-L251) - **Numeric**, **Temporal**, **String**, and **Boolean** columns each show different options. The full set of options (Timestamp Format, Time Grain, D3 Format, Conditional Formatting, Currency) typically appears for **numeric or temporal columns**, while string columns get a more limited set.
A few things to check:
1. **Column data type** - What type of columns are you configuring? Numeric columns should show D3 Format and Currency options; temporal columns should show Timestamp Format and Time Grain
2. **Chart type** - Are both screenshots from the same chart type (Table vs Table V2)? They have different available options - [AG Grid Table V2 requires `AG_GRID_TABLE_ENABLED = True`](https://github.com/apache/superset/pull/36344) to be set
Can you confirm what column types you're working with and which Table chart plugin you're using?

Superset's AG Grid Table V2 implementation doesn't expose all of AG Grid's native column configuration options - it provides a curated subset through Superset's own column configuration UI (Horizontal Align, Show Cell Bars, Truncate Cells, etc.). The full AG Grid feature set you see on their website isn't directly available in Superset's integration.
This is a **feature request** - you're asking for Superset to expose more of AG Grid's native column customization capabilities. If there are specific AG Grid column options you need (like the ones in your screenshot), I'd recommend updating this issue to list which specific features would be most valuable to you.
