   ### What problem does this feature solve?
   When the interval of an axis is automatic and we move along the axis, the ticks keep their position:

   However, when we assign a value to the interval of the axis and move, the value of the ticks is updated.

   It would be interesting to be able to set the interval and keep the ticks when scrolling through the chart, just like when the interval is automatic.
   
   ### What does the proposed API look like?
   interval { 
        value: 60,
        fixed: true}
