This is a problem with downstream packaging.  The issue does not exist in the upstream project.

> qdrouterd.service file gets installed to /usr/lib/systemd/system directory defines service User and Group as 'qpidd'. User and Group should be 'qdrouterd'. As a result, service will not run (current workaround is to create 'qpidd' user and group).
