   ### What would you like to happen?
   
   Similar to Datastore (#22051), Firestore also allows executing document lookups and queries against a fixed timestamp to achieve consistent read of large dataset across multiple RPCs. This issue tracks the effort to add read_time support to Firestore beam connector.
