T4.1: DropdownTimePicker minutes interval = 5

Hi all,

Is it possible to let the user enter times like for example
23:59
using the DropdownTimePicker?
(and keyboard of course, I know the dropdown has 5 minute intervals to
select only)
Seems like it will change that value to 23:55 before submit.
