CollabNet SVN 1.5 setup does not include intl3_svn.dll

HI!

javahl 1.5 needs intl3_svn.dll, but the CollabNet 1.5 setups (client and
server) do not include that DLL.

Shouldn't that DLL be included in the CollabNet setups?

The good thing about the CollabNet server setup is, that it also
installs the svn Win32 service.

Shouldn't you be emailing CollabNet?

Your initial statement is not correct. JavaHL does not "need" that
DLL. It all comes down to how Subversion is built. The CollabNet
build is not built with support for localization of messages so it
does not need that DLL. The JavaHL library included in the CollabNet
package does not have that DLL as a dependency.
