[Bug 65034] BinaryTCPClientImpl doesnt skip EOL byte check even when it is set to skip

Have committed the fix to trunk. We now ignore SocketTimeoutException, when no
EOM is set.

Can you try next nightly or trunk build and report back, whether it fixes your
issue?
