init-Parameters for a XSP-Page

I search a solution to initialize a XSP-Page with init-Parameters. I know 
it from Servlets. There can I need the Method 
getInitParameter(parameterName). Than I get the init-Parameters. But who 
can I do it with a XSP-Page.

Hava somebody an Idee?
