I think when we renamed ReferralTest to ReferralITest so it is an integration test (ITest) we may not have deleted the old test and this will make the integration runs take an extra 20-30 seconds unnecessarily as well as clutter the project. Let's determine if it is a duplicate and make sure we get rid of it if so.

Are these tests integration tests? And if so can't you pick a better name
for it so we don't get confused between the ReferralTest and ReferralITest

This is definitively not critical, but must be fixed.
the idea is to capture the scenarii from one of the two tests and to reproduce them into the other test, using the correct data.

ReferralITest was created on purpose, to check some pb we have with referrals (mainly related to the STANDARD compliance) test. The test is based on the page http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/DIRxDEV/Referral+Unit+Tests describing the different scenarii (this page is not complete yet ...)

I think we must use the same set of data for all the tests, being it maxwell/fermi/hertz or france/usa. I suggest that tests are migrated from one file to the other, and that the wiki page is completed with the tested scenarii.
