[jira] [Commented] (MPOM-158) Use some sensible defaults with Apache RAT

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MPOM-158?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16325377#comment-16325377 ]

Hervé Boutemy commented on MPOM-158:
------------------------------------

default excludes are on by default with rat 0.12 http://creadur.apache.org/rat/apache-rat-plugin/check-mojo.html#useDefaultExcludes

do we really need to configure anything in Apache parent pom?

> The rat section in the parent pom doesn't include RAT defaults. Would be good to use some sensible defaults.
