Tomcat + Cocoon + Virtual Hosts + custom webapps directory (NT4)

I've finally figured out running Cocoon under Tomcat in Virtual Hosts with
webapps which are not under the tomcat directory tree.
To those who are interested in copies of my configuration, please mail me
directly, I'll reply with the config files as attachments; they are a little
much to post here.
 
Details: 
OS NT 4 sp 6
Apache 1.3.11
Tomcat 3.1b1
Cocoon 1.7.2
Running two webapp contexts each in a virtual host, and the webapps are not
located under tomcat.
