I've seen your changes. Standard error is being redirected
to the log in the crontab entry (see below). The most recent
log is attached (you can find it in ~sebor/.stdcxx_cache at
the DDC).

0 7 * * * cd $HOME/.stdcxx-cache && $HOME/bin/stdcxx_export.pl
--remote=sebor@people.apache.org:/home/sebor/public_html/stdcxx/results
  > $HOME/.stdcxx-cache/export-`/bin/date +\%a`.log 2>&1
