   One of my colleagues said that I should use Struct to do command
   forwarding and message returning for Soap APIs(Using AXIS). We are 
mainly doing
   document-centric style services. I don't see any needs for Struct but I 
still
   hope I didn't miss the good design of whole architecture. Any comments 
on this?
