[TORQUE PLUGIN 3.1] can not found the oracle driver.

Hello, 

I just changed my maven-b8 to a new maven-b9 but the torque plugin that
comes with (the 3.1 instead of the 3.0) is a bit bugged as it can not
find my oracle driver. i have kept the same project.xml

i have found a way to resolve this : suppress the 3.1 plugin from maven
and install the 3.0. the fact that this solution is working means that
only the torque plugin is in cause.
