Port incorrect in getServerPort and in access log

When protocol is http, getServerPort returns 80 even when port is 8080.
When protocol is https, getServerPort returns 443 even when port is 6443.
I also notice this in logs.
This is for version 4.0.5 and does not occur in 4.0.4
