[ANN] Apache Tomcat 11.0.27 Available

The Apache Tomcat team announces the immediate availability of Apache 
Tomcat 11.0.27.

Apache Tomcat 11 is an open source software implementation of the 
Jakarta Servlet, Jakarta Pages, Jakarta Expression Language, Jakarta 
WebSocket, Jakarta Authentication and Jakarta Annotations specifications.

The notable changes compared to 11.0.26 include:

- Fix possible corruption when using HTTP/2 and async IO on uploads.
   Submitted by Tim Burke.

- Fix possible corruption when using HTTP/2 and async IO on uploads.

- Update to Migration tool for Jakarta EE 1.0.13
