Printer firendly skin

Hi!

In Cocoon-1.8 somewhere in the changelog says that there are some
printer-friendly skins... how do I set them up?

Hi,

In Windows from an msdos prompt, cd to xml-cocoon and run build.bat
printer-docs
In Unix run build.sh printer-docs

To view all your build options look at build.xml in the xml-cocoon directory
