We shoudl add the noindex meta tags (https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/93710?hl=en&ref_topic=4598466) to doc versions that are not stable and not latest snapshot, e.g. all docs <= 1.1.

There are some config values in the {{_config.yml}} file that we can use to do this automatically.
