   Hi
   Using the prioritize_critial_css some inlined styles are copied to the noscript tag but not removed from the original position then when the onload event is fired the dom get styles duplicated.
   Some of the inlined styles have id attribute and some not.
   As a workaround i have moved all inlined styles to a file.
