Getting Problem in Running Script

I try to run the script called "red5-debug.bat" using command line and get the following window. Guide me about the Installation and tell me how to run this file and "red5.bat".

I'm not sure what this output is below, are you running each line there
separately?

 

Can you take a screen shot of the command window instead?

 

Also did you install all the pre-reqs and set the appropriate
environment variables and confirmed they are working with echo
$VARIABLENAME etc.. ?
