Few fixes for Windows:
- Remove/change some test properties which have changed since Mavenization, which were used by Windows-specific code.
- Set hadoop binary to hadoop.cmd on Windows
- classpath environment variables exceeded 8K limit for windows command shell. Workaround by copying all dependencies to a single directory and doing $dir/* to shorten the environment variables.
