There are a few manual steps on the Downgrade UI ( one for verifying Hive port, another one for Oozie check). During both manual steps, the Downgrade UI shows a button that says "Pause Upgrade". The button should have displayed text "Pause Downgrade"
This needs a UI cosmetic change to update the label based on whether it's the upgrade or the downgrade .

Manual tests by patching the UI with the latest button label and handlebar template, then run rolling upgrade all the way until the Finalize step, then downgrade.verify the Hive and Oozie manual step for the Downgrade all display a button now says "Pause Downgrade" instead of "Pause Upgrade."
