Similar to FLINK-23305, we should also allow semi/anti joins for lookup joins such as:

SELECT T.*
FROM MyTable AS T
WHERE EXISTS (
SELECT * FROM LookupTable FOR SYSTEM_TIME AS OF T.proctime AS D
WHERE T.a = D.id)
{code}
