Log:
no Jira - For Docbook books, remove "chunked" html output olink
databases - they're not generated, and not used. (Old ones
from a couple of months ago were there, and being put into
the src distr.) 

Removed:
    incubator/uima/uimaj/trunk/uima-docbooks/src/olink/references/html-target.db
    incubator/uima/uimaj/trunk/uima-docbooks/src/olink/tools/html-target.db
    incubator/uima/uimaj/trunk/uima-docbooks/src/olink/tutorials_and_users_guides/html-target.db
