In fact Jstorm’s default scheduler is similar to Storm’s. They both assign workers/executors by shuffle algorithm. But the JStorm’s  is more powerful than storm’s. It has much friendly features. I detail these features in the attachment.   Just present the pdf for discussion. Any and all comments are welcome.
