Hi Unreal - Looking this over and have a couple comments.
1. Why are you calling this a stream handler in various places when it is in fact an interceptor? Could you please change everything to just be interceptor?
2. It seems to have a dependency on AbstractCachedOutputStream - what if there is a different type of output stream available? I think this is a problem in more places than this and I would like to see our I/O level fixed up so its not quite so fragile....
