> bottlemet.py is an old module that was used on the toolkit's UI to provide some model webservice functionality prior to the rewrite in CLIMATE-331. At this point, the code is entirely unused in the backend code and it's functionality has been replaced by other pieces of code. It also assumes that we're using the old style of metrics in the code base so the majority of the functionality is now entirely broken. We should drop the code from the codebase to clean it up.
