Thank you [~talat] for the patch. Although there are comments from various Nutch committers here justifying why our implementation of OPIC scoring is not 100% this patch is still very welcome.

For the record, if you are creating patches from git can you please generate them as follows git diff --no-prefix > myBeautifulPatch.patch. Thank you.
