All committers are set up

Hey all,

I've added pltardif as an admin on JIRA/wiki. I now believe that we're all
squared away with all committers on:

* JIRA admin
* Wiki admin
* mailing lists

Yay. Next up, I'm going to dig into the Kafka/GitHub integration, and see
what we can steal. Here's their write-up, for those that are interested:
