Environment: Mandrake Linux 9.1, JDK1.3.1_08

Description:
Under jdk1.3.1, the jcoverage plugin is missing dependencies on xerces, for org.w3c.dom.Node and javax.xml.parsers.DocumentBuilderFactory.

I'm hoping this can be accomplished with a quick addition to the plugin's project.xml and plugin.jelly, so I'll post a patch if it works.
