AOO makes snapshots available for tester (full set of languages, full set of platforms) in total 40Gb.

Currently upload takes about 4days, which is very painfull upto a release, where we want to let testers act fast.

Currently the snapshots are made available in ~jsc, which does not seem to be the right place.

Could infra please advice where the snapshots should be uploaded to (40GB) where:
1) upload is fast
2) it does not clutter our backups
3) its available for both committers and non committeers.
